Affordable Counseling in Arvada & the Front Range

When you’re looking for a therapist in Arvada or trying to find the right therapist in the Front Rnge, one of the first questions that may come to mind is:
“How much does therapy cost — and is it really worth it?”

If you’ve ever wondered how much you should pay for therapy, what the average therapy session costs in Colorado, or how therapy prices compare nationally, you’re not alone.

Recent studies show that therapy is more than just a financial investment—it’s a life-changing one. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, nearly 30% of Americans attended therapy, and a remarkable 86% of them said it helped them cope with life’s challenges.

While costs can vary depending on your provider, location, and type of therapy, we’ve compiled up-to-date information on what therapy typically costs both in Arvada and nationwide. Here at 70 West Counseling, we’ve also made it a priority to offer accessible, transparent rates and flexible payment options to serve individuals and families throughout Arvada and the surrounding Front Range

According to national research, the average cost of therapy in Colorado is $175 per session—but we offer a range of options below to meet your needs without compromising quality of care.
