Compassionate, Client-Centered Approach to Healing 🌿
Life is a journey filled with beauty, heartache, joy, sorrow, and everything in between. Your story includes a past, a present, and a future, all of which make you who you are. My role as your counselor is to walk alongside you right where you are and help you move toward a future of greater wholeness.

,
My Counseling Philosophy 🕊️
I am equipped to work with many issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, interpersonal relationships, cultural adjustment, and ministry issues. Living and working in both the United States and other countries, I was exposed to many different cultural contexts, which gives me a unique perspective. I have also navigated many life transitions and losses. These experiences shape my work and worldview.
My Approach to Therapy: Compassionate, Practical, and Centered on You 🌟
Although I have a broad understanding of various counseling theories and practices, I focus on approaches that fit your unique journey. My goal is for therapy to be both compassionate and practical, providing support for genuine change in your life.
Person-Centered Therapy
At the heart of my work is Person-Centered Therapy. Rooted in empathy and unconditional positive regard, this approach ensures you feel safe, understood, and accepted. It creates the foundation for genuine growth and trust in our work together.
Adlerian Therapy
Adlerian techniques emphasize encouragement, purpose, and a sense of belonging. Together, we explore patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, while uncovering strengths and goals that move you toward a more fulfilling life.
Gestalt Therapy
Gestalt Therapy helps you become more aware of your present thoughts, feelings, and actions. By connecting mind and body in the “here and now”, this approach empowers you to resolve unfinished business and live more authentically.
Mindfulness & Grounding Practices 🧘
These practices gently bring awareness to the present moment. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, mindfulness and grounding practices can help restore calm, safety, and a sense of connection to yourself.
Together, these approaches create a safe space to explore life’s deeper questions:
“Where have you been, and where do you want to go?”
🌱 You are not defined by struggle alone. Therapy is about honoring your story—past, present, and future—while building a path toward growth, resilience, and authentic wholeness.
Rooted in the Arvada & Front Range Community
I’m proud to serve individuals and families in Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Golden, and across the Denver Front Range—in person or virtually. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to it, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
