BOUNDARIES GROUP

When to Say Yes, How to Say No.

Boundaries book CoverDo you feel guilty when you say “no”? Do you find yourself doing things you don’t want to do, just to keep the peace? Living without clear boundaries is like leaving the front door of your house wide open—anyone can walk in and take your time, energy, and emotions.

Take Control of Your Life Based on evidence-based principles (often utilizing the Cloud & Townsend Boundaries curriculum), this group teaches you that boundaries aren’t walls to shut people out—they are gates to keep yourself safe.

What We Explore:

  • The Guilt Trap: Why we feel bad for having limits, and how to silence that inner critic.

  • Myth-Busting: realizing that setting a boundary isn’t “mean” or “selfish”—it is actually essential for healthy love.

  • Practical Scripts: Learning exactly what to say when family, bosses, or friends cross the line.

  • Consequences: How to enforce your boundaries when people push back.

Who is this for? Anyone who struggles with people-pleasing, burnout, or resentment. If you feel like your life is out of your control, this group provides the roadmap to reclaim it.

GRIEFSHARE SUPPORT GROUP

Grief is messy, unpredictable, and often isolating. Friends and family want to help, but they often don’t understand the depth of your pain or why you “haven’t moved on yet.”

What is GriefShare? GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. It is a structured, weekly seminar and support group designed to help you rebuild your life after the loss of a loved one.

How it Works:

  • Video Seminar: Each week features expert interviews and real-life case studies on topics like “The Journey of Grief,” “Guilt and Anger,” and “God & Heaven.”

  • Group Discussion: A safe space to discuss the weekly video and what is going on in your life.

  • Personal Study: A workbook for you to use at home to sort through your emotions.
