What We Explore
In this journey through Jennie Allen’s Untangle Your Emotions, we dive deep into the God-given purpose of our feelings, moving beyond the habit of suppressing or being controlled by them. We explore a practical, biblical framework for noticing, naming, and connecting our emotions to the truth of Scripture. By examining the science of how our brains process feeling and the spiritual significance of why we have them, we learn to stop "fixing" our emotions and start using them as a doorway to deeper intimacy with God and others.
Who This Is For
This study is designed for anyone who feels overwhelmed by the complexity of their inner life or, conversely, feels disconnected and numb to their own heart. Whether you are struggling to process deep-seated hurt, navigating the daily stress of modern life, or simply wanting to understand how your faith and feelings coexist, this is for you. It is a space for those tired of the "just pray it away" narrative who are seeking a healthier, more holistic way to engage with their emotional health while staying grounded in their walk with Christ.

BOUNDARIES GROUP
Is it possible to be a loving person and still say "no"? In Good Boundaries and Goodbyes, Lysa TerKeurst dives into the painful but necessary reality of setting limit in our most difficult relationships. Pulling from her own journey and deep theological insights, she helps you realize that boundaries aren’t just about keeping people out—they are about keeping you safe and healthy so you can love others without losing yourself in the process.
What We Explore:
The Scriptural Foundation: Discovering how boundaries are not just a self-help tool, but a God-given principle designed to protect the integrity of your heart.
Access vs. Responsibility: Learning how to determine who gets front-row access to your life based on their willingness to take responsibility for your trust.
The Emotional Toll: Identifying the "relational exhaustion" that comes from over-extending yourself and finding the courage to prioritize your own well-being.
Navigating Goodbyes: Gaining the wisdom to recognize when a relationship has become unsustainable and how to walk away with peace instead of bitterness.
Who is this for? Anyone who struggles with people-pleasing, burnout, or resentment. If you feel like your life is out of your control, this group provides the roadmap to reclaim it.
