About Our Clinic
Supporting Your Journey to Healing, One Step at a Time
Our Guiding Philosophy
At 70 West Counseling, conveniently located in Arvada and serving the greater Colorado Front Range, we offer a welcoming space for transformation where compassionate mental health care meets evidence-based practice. Rooted in Christian values yet deeply committed to honoring all belief systems, our faith-sensitive team provides a nonjudgmental environment where you decide whether and how to integrate spirituality into your healing. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, or relationship challenges, our diverse team of licensed professionals and interns utilizes specialized approaches—including EMDR and Interpersonal Neurobiology—to support individuals, couples, and families. Beyond traditional therapy, we foster community through free support groups for grief, boundaries, and codependency, ensuring that if you feel overwhelmed or stuck, you never have to walk alone.
We all have a story to tell. Your story isn’t over!

Can I use Insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with many major insurance providers. We recommend contacting your plan directly to understand your specific benefits and out-of-pocket expenses; however, we are also happy to assist with verifying your coverage.
What payment methods exist in your company?
We accept several convenient payment options, including Cash, major credit and debit cards, and tax-advantaged accounts such as Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
When is Payment Due
Payment, including any applicable copayments, deductibles, or out-of-pocket fees, is due in full at the beginning of each session.
Do you offer a sliding scale fee structure?
Yes, we offer a limited number of reduced-fee slots to increase accessibility. These fees are determined based on a client’s total household income (up to a $\$90,000$ threshold) and the clinician’s years of experience. Standard cash pay rates apply above the income threshold, and this program is exclusively for adult clients.
Do you offer telehealth (virtual) sessions?
Yes, we offer secure and confidential telehealth sessions via a HIPAA-compliant video platform, providing you with the convenience and flexibility to receive care from the comfort of your home or private space.
