Transforming Trauma and Dysregulation into Secure Attachment and Peace
"My desire is to bring hope and truth while I participate in God’s healing work. I believe that healing happens when people are deeply seen, understood, and supported in safe relationships. My work is grounded in my faith in God and the wisdom of the Bible, which reminds me that every person has inherent dignity, value, and the capacity for restoration.
I work with individuals, children, couples, and families to help them explore their inner world with compassion and curiosity. Rather than viewing struggles as problems to eliminate, I see them as meaningful signals pointing toward deeper healing. My goal is to provide a space where clients feel truly understood as they journey toward restoration."

Stacie specializes in treating Emotional and Nervous System Dysregulation, Trauma, PTSD, and Co-dependency, as well as providing support for Grief & Loss, parenting, and anger management.
Working from an attachment-based model, Stacie integrates several evidence-based and faith-integrated modalities to help clients transform core unsafe emotional experiences:
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): Used to help clients understand their unique attachment patterns and emotional needs.
Internal Family Systems (IFS): A compassionate approach to exploring the different "parts" of oneself that carry pain, protection, and longing.
Faith-Based Integration: Grounding the therapeutic process in spiritual truth and the inherent value of the individual.
Mindfulness & Presence: Focusing on the connection between the body and mind to rebuild secure attachments, both internally and relationally.
By utilizing these tools, Stacie helps her clients access and process deep-seated emotions, moving from a state of dysregulation to one of secure, lasting connection.
